So can we safely rule out Gregg was on vacation, with Save the Children, and off the Bush Administration’s radar? He would have required clearance to board a Military aircraft.
Note: this is inconsistent with his Linked In page that has him arriving in Haiti in 2008, not 2010.

So Gregg was in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti from August 2008 to February 2010 with Project Medishare for Haiti as a Technology Advisor. Sounds legit.

The fund was launched in January 2010 by former US Presidents George W Bush and Bill Clinton following the earthquake in Haiti, seeking to promote job creation and economic growth in the country.

The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund grant, which totals $442,100, will help US-based non-profit Project Medishare and Bernard Mevis to implement a medical training and education programme for medical professionals in Haiti.
The 16-month initiative will train 47 radiologists, lab technicians and pathologists from Bernard Mevs and other hospitals in Haiti in the use of state-of-the-art medical equipment.
While the equipment was recently donated to the Bernard Mevs, few staff are trained to use it.

What did Gregg Phillips do in Pre-2010?
Hospital Bernard Mevs itself is a gated compound facility (armed guards and all) that has an emergency room, 2 general inpatient units, a spinal/neuro inpatient unit, a medical intensive care unit, a pediatric intensive care unit, a neonatal intensive care unit, a pediatrics inpatient unit, and a separate Pediatrics ER.
For diagnostics, they have their own mobile CT Scanner which sends its images back to the United States via a PACS-like system for official readings. Unfortunately for us it was down the entire week we were here, which made for some interesting management decisions for our fair share of elderly head trauma, gunshot victims through the abdomen and pelvis, aortic dissection, pulmonary embolisms…

Money flooded into the country in what would become a massive money laundering scheme, with $13.5 Billion that seemed to just vanish.

Carestream, a Kodak Dental Equipment supplier, came to the rescue.
February 2, 2010 - On Jan. 21, a C-130 aircraft piloted by the U.S. Air Force landed at the Port au Prince Airport in Haiti, 10 days after a devastating 7.0-magnitude earthquake ravaged the country. This particular flight carried volunteers — doctors, nurses, technicians, military personnel and humanitarians committed to providing assistance to the people of Haiti.
Fortunately, they received help from another Onex company, Emergency Medical Services Corp., a provider of emergency medical services in the United States. They put them in touch with Gregg Phillips, CEO at Autogov, who has a relationship with Project Medishare (projectmedishare.org), a nonprofit providing medical relief in Haiti. Phillips quickly jumped into action at the prospect of getting our technology to the front lines in Haiti.
In closing, if you’d like to help, you can make a donation to the American Red Cross for the relief efforts. Carestream will match each dollar and direct the funds to long-term, rebuilding efforts. The logistics are provided at the end of this message.

About those Imagining Machines that ruined Gregg’s life
On Jan. 21, a C-130 aircraft piloted by the U.S. Air Force landed at the Port au Prince Airport in Haiti, 10 days after a devastating 7.0-magnitude earthquake ravaged the country. The flight also shipped a mobile X-ray solution, the ITX-560 manufactured by Carestream Health. The X-ray is suited for emergency situations, such as the one in Haiti, as a wireless, battery operated system that provides instant digital images. The company wanted to donate it, but had to find a way to get its service engineer, Carestream Health’s Jack Williams, and the equipment, on the ground. Fortunately, they received help from another Onex company, Emergency Medical Services Corp., a provider of emergency medical services in the United States. They put them in touch with Gregg Phillips, CEO at Autogov, who has a relationship with Project Medishare (projectmedishare.org), a nonprofit providing medical relief in Haiti.
Three days after the tragic quake, Carestream shipped the ITX-560 to Miami with the service engineer on stand-by all weekend waiting to leave. On Monday morning, Williams got the “all-clear” to travel to Miami where he met Phillips. As Williams explained, “Gregg deserves a lot of credit; he worked for two days straight trying to get us down to Haiti.” Phillips’ tenacious focus paid off with the military transport into Haiti.
After arriving, Williams and Phillips were brought to a temporary hospital set up by Medishare. The ITX-560 was up and running by 7 a.m. the next morning and didn’t stop until midnight. Doctors were scarce so Williams and Phillips assisted patients with the help of a technician who fortunately spoke Creole.

As if the Haiti saga could not get stranger
Gregg says that Erik Prince and Blackwater came to the rescue. Odd, because the article above sounded like they were offloading and installing medical equipment without issues. Never once mentions security concerns.

What is real?
According to Gregg, he was not in Haiti when the earthquake hit, but “part of a response team.” Also according to Gregg, he was there from 2008 to 2010. See his Linked In account above. Anyone know how this is possible? 🤔
Closing
In summary, Gregg Phillips listed his work with Project Medishare on his old Linked In page as from 2008 to 2010. That is a fact, but one he doesn’t seem to discuss. Gregg was the one who arranged the airlift from Miami to Haiti to bring in the medical scanning equipment, which means Gregg was able to pull Military strings. Gregg has zero Military background, but the person he worked with at AutoGov had GW Bush Connections. Who was president in 2010? Obama. Who was Secretary of State? Hillary Clinton. Who were partners in crime in Haiti? Bush & Clinton.
So apparently Gregg was working with Project Medishare and at some point left Haiti only to be airlifted back in by the US Military. A massive coincidence, or was this actually all arranged by the Obama Administration? Why not send in REAL, trained relief workers, say the US Military? 🤔
Then there’s the issue of $500 million missing at the same time Blackwater evacuates Gregg Phillips. Could Medical Equipment cases have been used to securely smuggle the cash back into the USA? 🤔
So many oddities and coincidences. A real Anon knows what I mean.
